Maintaining IGMP

You can use commands to check the running status of IGMP. If necessary, you can clear the group information of IGMP or enable IGMP debugging.

Monitoring the Running Status of IGMP: During routine maintenance, you can run the commands in the section in any view to learn the running status of IGMP.

Clearing the Group Information of IGMP: Clearing the group information of IGMP deletes the added IGMP groups. As a result, receivers cannot receive multicast information normally. Therefore, you need to perform the operation with caution.

Debugging IGMP: When an IGMP operation fault occurs, you can run the debugging commands describes in this section in the user view to debug IGMP, display the debugging information, and locate the fault.
