Clearing ARP Entries

The mapping between IP and MAC addresses is deleted after you clear ARP entries. As a result, users may fail to access some devices. Exercise caution when clearing ARP entries.

Static ARP entries cannot be restored after being deleted. Exercise caution when you delete static ARP entries.

Table 1 list the commands to clearing ARP entries. You need to perform this action in the user view.
