User Quota Management

Viewing Quota Usage

1. Choose Policy > Quota Control Policy > User Quota Config.

2. Use the query function to locate the user whose quota usage is to be viewed.

3. View quota usage of the user in User Quota Config List.

   Parameter	Description
   Login Name(Display Name)	Indicates the login name (and (Display Name), if any) of a user.
   Group	Indicates the group to which the user belongs.
   User Status	Online Offline
   Daily quota (by traffic volume) (Used/Available)	Displays used and remaining daily traffic of the user.
   Monthly Quota (Used/Available)	Displays used and remaining monthly traffic of the user.
   Daily quota (by time) (Used/Available)	Displays used and remaining daily Internet access duration of the user.

Clearing Quota Usage Statistics

If quota control policies have affected normal services, you can manually clear statistics on the used quota and restart the statistics collection.

1. Choose Policy > Quota Control Policy > User Quota Config.

2. Use the query function to locate the user whose quota statistics are to be cleared.

3. Select this user in User Quota Config List and select one from:

   • Reset Daily Quota (by traffic volume)
   • Reset Monthly Quota
   • Reset Daily Quota (by time)
   • Reset All
