captcha-fail warning

Function

The captcha-fail warning command sets the maximum number and interval of captcha failures for the FW to push a warning page to the user.

The undo captcha-fail warning command restores the maximum time and interval to the default values.

Format

captcha-fail warning times times interval interval

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
times times Specifies the maximum number of captcha failures. The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 65535. The default value is 65535.
interval interval Specifies the interval of captcha failures. The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 30, in minutes. The default value is 3 minutes.

Usage Guidelines

Only the USG6510E/6510E-POE/6530E supports this command.

If the number of incorrect captchas entered by a user within the specified interval reaches the specified upper limit, a page is pushed to the user indicating that the user account has been locked. The user can try again only after being unlocked.

Example

# Configure the FW to push a warning page to a user if the user enters 10 consecutive incorrect captchas within 2 minutes.
