cpu-usage-dataplane alarm threshold

Function

The cpu-usage-dataplane alarm threshold command sets the CPU usage threshold of the data plane. The system generates alarm logs when the CPU usage of the data plane exceeds the threshold.

The undo cpu-usage-dataplane alarm threshold command restores the threshold to the default value.

Format

undo cpu-usage-dataplane alarm threshold

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
value Specifies the CPU usage threshold of the data plane. The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 100, in percentage. The default value is 80.
  • If the alarm threshold of CPU usage is smaller than 60%, the alarm recovery threshold of CPU usage equals to the alarm threshold of CPU usage minus 1%.
  • If the alarm threshold of CPU usage is greater than 60%, the alarm recovery threshold of CPU usage equals to the alarm threshold of CPU usage minus 5%.

Usage Guidelines

When the CPU usage of the data plane exceeds the threshold, the system generates an alarm log till the CPU usage is lower than the threshold.

Example

# Set the CPU usage threshold of the data plane to 90. When the CPU usage of the data plane exceeds 90, the system generates alarm logs.
