The disk offline command makes a hard disk offline and uninstalls hard disk services.

Usage Guidelines
Before you uninstall hard disk services, run the display device command to check the PhyDisk status and ensure that the status field is Normal.
If a device and hard disk are running, the device sends logs to the hard disk for storage. After the hard disk becomes offline, device
logs may get lost because of insufficient storage space.
