display lldp neighbor

Function

The display lldp neighbor command displays the information about the LLDP neighbor of an interface.

Format

display lldp neighbor [ interface interface-type interface-number | brief | list ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value

interface interface-type interface-number

Specifies the interface type and ID for the checks over the local LLDP status of the interface. If no interface is specified, the FW displays the local LLDP status of all interfaces with LLDP enabled.

Displays the brief information.

Displays the list of neighbors.

ChassisIdSubtype

Subtypes of the neighbor device:
  • ChassisComponent: name of the chassis
  • interfaceAlias: alias of the interface
  • portComponent: alias of the port or backplane
  • macAddress: MAC address
  • networkAddress: network address
  • interfaceName: name of the interface
  • local: local name

ChasssisId

Indicates the Chassis ID of the neighbor device.

PortIdSubtype

Subtypes of the neighbor interface:
  • interfaceAlias: alias of the interface
  • portComponent: alias of the port or backplane
  • macAddress: MAC address
  • networkAddress: network address
  • interfaceName: name of the interface
  • agentCircuitId: DHCP agent circuit ID
  • local: local name of the device

PortID

Indicates Port ID of the neighbor interface.

TimeToLive

Indicates the TTL of the local device information on the neighbor device.

PortDesc

Indicates Port description of the neighbor interface.

SysName

Indicates System name of the neighbor device.

SysDesc

Indicates System description of the neighbor device.

SysCapSupported

System capacities supported by the neighbor device (at least one) :
  • other: other capacities
  • repeater
  • bridge
  • wlanAccessPoint: wireless access point
  • router
  • telephone
  • docsisCableDevice: management station
  • stationOnly: base station

SysCapEnabled

System capacities enabled on the neighbor device (at least one):
  • other: other capacities
  • repeater
  • bridge
  • wlanAccessPoint: wireless access point
  • router
  • telephone
  • docsisCableDevice: management station
  • stationOnly: base station

Management Address

Indicates the LLDP management device of a neighboring device. The default value is the smallest interface address of the neighboring device.

Expired Time

Indicates the aging time of the remote neighbor stations.
