The display user-manage ad-plug-in information command displays AD SSO programs in keepalive status.
After AD SSO programs are deployed and have services enabled, the programs send UDP heartbeat packets to the FW at an interval of 5 seconds.
After the FW receives the first heartbeat packet from an AD SSO program, the FW creates an entry for this program. After the FW receives subsequent heartbeat packets from this program at an interval of 5 seconds, the FW updates the program entry.
If the number of times heartbeat packets from an AD SSO program are lost reaches the specified alarm threshold, the FW regards this program as in non-keepalive status, deletes the program entry, and generates an alarm. For the alarm threshold on the number of times heartbeat packets are lost, see trap-threshold peer-heartbeat-lost interval-times.
You can run the display user-manage ad-plug-in information command to view AD SSO programs in keepalive status.
