hrp slave config enable

Function

Using the hrp slave config enable command in the active device to enable certain function in standby device.

Using the undo hrp slave config enable command in the active device to disable certain function in slave device. After the command is executed, those configuration can only be configure on the active device and then backup to the standby device.
