ip verify source-address

Function

The ip verify source-address command enables an interface to check the validity of source IP addresses of the received packets received or to discard packets of illegal addresses.

The undo ip verify source-address command disables checking the source IP address of received packets.

Usage Guidelines

The virtual system does not support this command.

By default, disable checking the validity of the source address of the received packets.

# Enable the GigabitEthernet 0/0/1 interface to check the validity of source addresses of the received packets.
