Usage Guidelines

This command is for emergencies to prevent service interruption when the license file expires. Unless otherwise necessary, you are not advised to use this command, and you are advised to apply for a new license file.

By default, the license emergency state is disabled.

After you execute the license emergency command, resources and functions, excluding the following upgrade services and functions, are no longer controlled by the license, and the device operates at the maximum specification supported.
  • IPS

  • Antivirus

  • URL remote query

  • Cloud sandbox detection

  • Artificial intelligence engine

The license emergency state can be enabled only for three times. Then, this command no longer takes effect. The grace period of this function is seven days. After the grace period expires, resources and functions are restored to the previous state. This command can be used again only on the last day of the grace period or after the grace period expires. For example, if you run this command today, you can run it again six days later.

If a licence is applied for and activated on the device during the grace period, the grace period ends automatically, and the device runs according to the license.
