Function

The link-switch-mode command configures a link switchover mechanism for IPSec intelligent link selection.

Format

link-switch-mode { detection-based | route-based }

Usage Guidelines

In link switchover based on the link quality probe result, the quality of IPSec links is probed by sending ICMP packets. In this scenario, you need to configure the source address, destination address, sending interval, and link quality threshold for link quality probe packets. Link switchover based on the route status change, however, does not require the preceding parameter settings.
