The load-balance flow hash command sets the parameters for intelligent uplink selection hashing.
| Parameter | Description | Value |
|---|---|---|
| destination-ip | Configures destination IP address as a part of hash input. |
- |
| destination-port | Configures destination port as a part of hash input. |
- |
| source-ip | Configures source IP address as a part of hash input. |
- |
| source-port | Configures source port as a part of hash input. |

The default hash input for intelligent uplink selection is source IP address (source-ip). If traffic on the outbound interface is uneven, adjust the hash mode.
You cannot set the hash input for intelligent uplink selection on the web UI, but you can use the default setting.
When multiple outbound interfaces are available for intelligent uplink selection, the device will select a member interface as the outbound interface based on the hash result. For example, when the intelligent uplink selection mode is load balancing by link bandwidth and the links of the two interfaces have the same bandwidth and are both not overloaded, the FW will select one of the interfaces as the outbound interface based on the hash result.
When the device has two equal-cost routes with imbalanced loads, may need to set the hash input to source IP address, source port, destination IP address, and destination port.
