Usage Guidelines

The default routing mode of DNS transparent proxy is the global route selection mode.

The routing mode configured for DNS transparent proxy has a higher priority than policy-based routing and global route selection.

If parameter based-on-multi-interface is selected,
  • Policy-based routing has a higher priority than global route selection.
  • The routing is based on the intelligent uplink selection member interfaces configured by running the add (intelligent uplink selection) command in the global multi-egress view, regardless of whether any equal-cost routes exist.

Example

# Set the routing mode of DNS transparent proxy to the global route selection mode.

<sysname> system-view
[sysname] dns-transparent-policy
[sysname-policy-dns] mode based-on-multi-interface
