nat port-block syslog enable

Function

The nat port-block syslog enable command configures the syslog service for the port range.

The undo nat port-block syslog enable command disables the syslog service for the port range.

Format

nat port-block { assigning | freeing } syslog enable

undo nat port-block { assigning | freeing } syslog enable

Parameters

Enables the syslog service upon port range allocation.

freeing

Enables the syslog service upon port release.

Usage Guidelines

Configure the syslog service so that syslogs can be sent upon port range allocation and release. You are advised to use a service interface instead of a management interface to send syslogs.

By default, the syslog service upon port range allocation is disabled.

Example

# Enable the syslog service upon port range allocation.

<sysname> system-view
[sysname] nat port-block assigning syslog enable
