new-user parent-group

Function

The new-user parent-group command adds the new user who passes the server authentication to the local user group.

new-user user-name parent-group group-name [ vsys vsys-name ]

Parameter	Description	Value
user-name	Specifies the login name of the user.	It must pass the server authentication and not exist on the device.
parent-group group-name	Specifies the name of the parent user group that the user is added to.	It must be the name (with the group path) of an existing user group.
vsys vsys-name	Specifies the name of the virtual system where the new user resides.	It must be the name of an existing virtual system.

When you run the command, you must enter the entire command, such as new-user abc parent-group /default/bcd.

# Add the new user test to the /default group.
