pppoe-server bind virtual-template

Function

The pppoe-server bind virtual-template command enables the PPPoE protocol at the VT specified by the interface.

The undo pppoe-server bind command disables the PPPoE protocol at the corresponding interface.

Format

pppoe-server bind virtual-template number

undo pppoe-server bind

Parameters

number	Specifies the VT number to access PPPoE.	The value is an integer that ranges from 0 to 63.

Usage Guidelines

The pppoe-server bind virtual-template command specifies a physical channel for a VT. If you do not configure this command, the number of VT that accesses the PPPoE cannot be configured. A user, consequently, cannot dial up.
