pppoe-server service-name

Function

The pppoe-server service-name command sets the PPPoE server name for an interface.

The undo pppoe-server service-name command restores the default setting.

Format

pppoe-server service-name service-name

undo pppoe-server service-name

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
service-name	Specifies the service name of a PPPoE server.	The value is a case-sensitive string of 1 to 128 characters.

Usage Guidelines

By default, thePPPoE server service name is null on the interface.

# Enable PPPoE server on the VT1 of GigabitEthernet 0/0/1. The server name is 123asd.
