Usage Guidelines

After you clear the online user monitoring list, all online users are forcibly logged out.

When RADIUS SSO information synchronization is enabled, running this command triggers the same online user on other devices to log out. For example, there are two FWs, and the local IDs of FW_A and FW_B are 1 and 2, respectively. Online user entries on FW_A are synchronized to FW_B. On FW_B, entries whose Build ID is 0 are locally created, while entries whose Build ID is 1 are synchronized from FW_A. In this case, run the reset user-manage online-user command on FW_A:

  • All online users on FW_A are forced offline.
  • Online users whose Build ID is 1 on FW_B are forced offline, and other online users remain online.

Example

# Clear the online user monitoring list.
