Usage Guidelines

By default, this function is disabled.

Configuration Impact

In a scenario where the existence detection function of the Service Controller is enabled, when the number of active servers detected is smaller than the specified minimum number of active servers, the emergency channel is enabled.

Precautions

Before enabling the function of checking the connection status between the Service Controller and the FW, you need to configure the default ACL rule.

Both the keep-alive function of the Service controller and the health check function on third-party authentication servers determine whether to enable the emergency channel. If the result of either detection is abnormal, the emergency channel is enabled. The emergency channel is disabled only when the results of both detections are normal.

The undo right-manager status-detect enable command can be successfully executed regardless of whether the emergency channel is enabled.

Example

# Enable the existence detection of Service Controller.

[sysname] right-manager server-group
[sysname-rightm] right-manager status-detect enable
