Function

The role port-forwarding command associates a role with a port forwarding resource.

The undo role port-forwarding command cancels the association between a role and a port forwarding resource.

Format

role role-name port-forwarding resource resource-name

undo role role-name port-forwarding resource resource-name

Usage Guidelines

When a role is associated with a resource, all the users and groups that belong to the role can access the resource.

A resource must belong to a role. A role can contain multiple resources, and a resource can belong to multiple roles.

A customized role can be associated with a maximum of 1024 resources. The maximum number of resources that can be associated with a default role is the same as the maximum number of resources allowed by the virtual gateway.
