security cipher-suit

Function

The security cipher-suit command configures the strength of the key used by the northbound interface.

The undo security cipher-suit command restores the default key strength.

Format

security cipher-suit { high-strength | all }

undo security cipher-suit

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
high-strength	Uses a high-strength key.	-
all	When the weak security algorithm component package (product_version_WEAKEA.mod) is not installed, all indicates that both the high-strength and middle-strength keys are included. After installing the weak security algorithm component package (product_version_WEAKEA.mod), all indicates that the high-strength, middle-strength and low-strength keys are included.	-

Usage Guidelines

By default, the device uses a high-strength key.

When the peer device uses a middle-strength key to connect to the FW, the default high-strength key of the FW may cause the connection to fail. In this case, change the key strength of the FW to ALL to ensure successful connection.
