The session create-rate sudden-change alarm enable command enables the alarm function for the sudden change of the session creation rate.
The undo session create-rate sudden-change alarm enable command disables the function.

By default, the function is enabled.
When the session creation rate increases sharply, the network may be attacked by new sessions. The alarm function can be used to prompt the administrator to evaluate the network health status.
When the session creation rate decreases sharply, a service fault may occur on the network. The alarm function can be used to notify the administrator of the possible fault.
After the function is enabled, if the change rate of the session creation rate reaches the threshold in a specific period, alarm FWD_1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.6.122.15.3.4.14 hwSecStatSessCreateRateSuddenChangeTrapOverThreshold is sent. The change rate threshold can be set using the session create-rate sudden-change alarm-threshold command.
