snmp-agent bfd trap-interval

Function

The snmp-agent bfd trap-interval command sets the interval at which trap messages are sent.

The undo snmp-agent bfd trap-interval command restores the default interval at which trap messages are sent.

Format

snmp-agent bfd trap-interval interval

undo snmp-agent bfd trap-interval

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
interval Specifies the interval at which trap messages are sent. An integer that ranges from 1 to 600, in seconds. By default, the value is 120s.

Usage Guidelines

Before using the snmp-agent bfd trap-interval command, you must enable BFD globally. Run the bfd command in the system view.

The snmp-agent bfd trap-interval command sets the interval at which trap messages are sent to prevent overflow of trap messages.

Example

# Set the interval at which trap messages are sent to 100s.
