Function

The model command configures the model of an asset.

The undo model command deletes the configured asset model.

Format

Parameter	Description	Value
model-name	Specifies the model name of an asset.	The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters. Special characters commas (,), double quotation marks ("") or question marks (?) are not supported.

Usage Guidelines

If you have known a device model but the scanning result is different from the known model, you can run this command to change the asset model. You can also run this command to configure a device model.
