startup patch

Function

The startup patch command specifies the name of a patch package to be used at the next startup.

Format

startup patch [hda1:/] file-name

Parameters

Parameter	Description	Value
hda1:/	Indicates the device name.	-
file-name	Specifies the patch package to be used at the next startup.	The value is a string of 5 to 64 characters.

Usage Guidelines

If a patch package is specified, the display patch-information command displays the patch status file. If the file is not null, the system automatically loads the patch at the next startup.
