state (local user view)

Function

The state command activates or deactivates the current user.

Format

state { active | block }

Usage Guidelines

A new user is in active state by default.

To cancel the Internet access permission of a local online user temporarily, you can deactivate the user without deleting the user configuration.

The device processes only the authentication requests initiated by the users in active state. If you deactivate an online user, the online user is forced to log out.
