Usage Guidelines

You must run the time-range or absolute-range command to set a time range and then run the time-range command to specify the time range for a security policy.

If you delete the effective duration of a security policy or do not configure an effective duration for a security policy, the security policy is always effective.

Example

# Specify work_time as the time range during which security policy rule policy_sec takes effect.

<sysname> system-view
[sysname] security-policy
[sysname-policy-security] rule name policy_sec
[sysname-policy-security-rule-policy_sec] time-range work_time
