The traffic-policy discard packet log enable command enables the log function for the packets discarded due to bandwidth management.
The undo traffic-policy discard packet log enable command disables the log function for the packets discarded due to bandwidth management.
The sending of packet discarding logs based on a traffic policy is disabled by default. After you enable this function, you also need to run the logging command for a specific traffic profile to enable log sending. Otherwise, the logs specific to the traffic profile cannot be sent to the information center. For information center configuration, see Configuring the Output of System Logs.
After the log function for the packets discarded due to traffic policies, if the system discards traffic that matches traffic policies, you can choose and on the web UI to view bandwidth IP connections logs and reports and configure the system to send packet discard logs to a log host.
