The tunnel ipv4-ipv6 flow-label command sets the flow label value.
The undo tunnel ipv4-ipv6 flow-label command restores the flow label value to the default value.
By default, the flow label value is 0.

The flow label value of the tunnel refers to the value of the flow label field in the header of the IPv6 packet of the ingress of the tunnel.
Before running the tunnel ipv4-ipv6 flow-label command in the tunnel interface view, you need to run the tunnel-protocol ipv4-ipv6 command in the tunnel interface view to configure the tunnel mode as the IPv4 over IPv6 manual tunnel mode.
