The user-manage import-policy command configures a policy for importing the user or user group information from an AD, LDAP, or Agile Controller server, and displays the import policy view.
The undo user-manage import-policy command deletes an import policy.
user-manage import-policy policy-name from { ad | ldap | tsm }
undo user-manage import-policy policy-name
| Parameter | Description | Value |
|---|---|---|
| import-policy policy-name | Specifies the name of an import policy to be implemented. | The value is a case-sensitive string of 1 to 31 characters and supports special characters such as exclamation marks (!), at signs (@), number signs (#), dollar signs ($), and percents (%). Spaces, en dashes (-), question marks (?), and pipe characters (|) are not supported. |
| from { ad | ldap | tsm } | Indicates the type of server applied to the import policy for importing the user or user group information from an AD, LDAP, or Agile Controller server. | - |
When you run the user-manage import-policy command and the specified policy name already exists, the policy view is displayed. When you access the policy view for the second time, use the same authentication server type as that used in creating the policy. For example, after you create import policy abc by running the user-manage import-policy abc from ad command, you cannot access the import policy abc view by running the user-manage import-policy abc from ldap command.
After you create an import policy, specify the server template to make the policy take effect.
