web-proxy rewrite enable

Function

The web-proxy rewrite enable command enables the web proxy rewriting function. With this function enabled, the virtual gateway rewrites the links to flash files, PDF files, and Java applets in intranet web resources to hide the URLs of intranet web resources.

The undo web-proxy rewrite enable command disables the web proxy rewriting function.

Format

web-proxy rewrite { flash | pdf | java-applet } enable

undo web-proxy rewrite { flash | pdf | java-applet } enable

Usage Guidelines

By default, the web proxy rewriting function is enabled. The virtual gateway rewrites the links to flash files, PDF files, and Java applets.

Only the USG6510E/6510E-POE/6530E does not support this command.
