display router id

Function

The display router id command displays the configured router ID.

Format

display router id [ vpn-instance vpn-instance-name ]

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
vpn-instance vpn-instance-name Specifies the VPN instance name. The value is a string of 1 to 31 case-sensitive characters, spaces not supported. When double quotation marks are used around the string, spaces are allowed in the string.

Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

You can use the display router id command to view the router ID on the public network, and you can use the display router id vpn-instance vpn-instance-name command to view the router ID of the private VPN instance set on the device.

Prerequisites

To display the router ID of the private VPN instance, you must first configure the VPN instance.

Example

# Display the configured router ID.

<sysname> display router id
RouterID:1.1.1.1

# Display the configured router ID of the VPN instance named vpna.

<sysname> display router id vpn-instance vpna
RouterID:10.1.1.1
