The helper-role command configures a router to support the GR Helper mode.
The helper-role command cancels GR Helper mode.
By default, the router is not enabled to support GR Helper mode.

routers cannot use the helper mode during the GR process.
For a Named ACL, configure a filtering rule, the filtering rule is effective only with the source address range that is specified by the source parameter and with the time period that is specified by the time-range parameter.
