By default, all clear alarms are in the cleared severity.
When a device interworks with an NMS, the NMS receives a large number of traps or logs of device alarms. The NMS may filter clear alarms by alarm severity. If the severity of filtered alarms is different from that of clear alarms, the NMS fails to receive relevant alarm information. To enable the NMS to properly receive alarm information, you can run this command to adjust the levels of all clear alarm messages or logs on the device to be the same.
Clear alarm messages or logs refer to alarms sent to you after faults are rectified. You can set their levels based on the actual situation.
