Usage Guidelines

Usage Scenario

Other RIP functions can be configured only after the RIP process is enabled using the rip command.

If no VPN instance is specified, the RIP process will run in all VPN instances or the default VPN instance.

Configuration Impact

If you delete a specified RIP process using the undo rip command, all configurations for this process are deleted at the same time.

Example

# Enable RIP process 100 under the VPN instance named abc.

<sysname> system-view
[sysname] rip 100 vpn-instance abc
