url-filter cache aging-period

Function

The url-filter cache aging-period command sets the aging time of the cache.

The undo url-filter cache aging-period command restores the aging time of the cache to the default value (24 hours).

aging-period	Indicates the aging time of the cache.	The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 720, in hours. The default value is 24.

Usage Guidelines

The function takes effect only after the URL remote query license is valid and related component packages are loaded dynamically. For details about the component package, see Dynamic Loading.

To ensure the effectiveness of predefined URL categories, the system periodically queries URL categories on a remote query server. The query interval is specified in aging-period. If the category of a URL changes, the system updates the corresponding information in the cache.
