The url-filter malicious cache aging-period command sets a timeout period for malicious URLs.

The undo url-filter malicious cache aging-period command restores the timeout period to the default value (10080 minutes).

Parameters

Parameter Description Value
aging-period-time Specifies a timeout period for malicious URLs. The value is an integer ranging from 1 to 10080, in minutes. The default value is 10080 minutes.

Usage Guidelines

The url-filter malicious cache aging-period command can be run only in the root system.

If malicious URL detection is enabled in the URL filtering profile, you can set a timeout period for malicious URLs. The URLs will be automatically deleted after the timeout period expires.

# Set the timeout period to 1440 minutes for malicious URLs.
