Limitations

• Cloud access security awareness depends on the service awareness signature database. Ensure that the service awareness signature database has been loaded on the device and upgrade it to the latest version. For details on how to upgrade the service awareness signature database, see Update Center.
• Cloud access security awareness supports IPv4 and IPv6.

Precautions

If the FW is deployed between two routers, and the routers detect each other through BFD, you are advised to properly prolong the BFD time (longer than 100 ms is recommended) to prevent BFD flapping resulting from occasional network congestion.
