This section describes the definition and objective of alarms.
Alarms are notifications generated on the FW upon detected faults. The alarms carry corresponding fault information. Unlike logs, alarms are time-sensitive and must be reported to the administrator as soon as possible.
By viewing alarms, the administrator can rapidly locate the modules where faults occurred and rapidly rectify the faults to ensure normal operation of the FW.
