Maintaining LLDP
When you maintain LLDP, you can clear relevant statistics and display the configurations.
Displaying LLDP Configurations
During routine maintenance, you can run the following commands in all views to display the configurations.
- Display the information about the LLDP neighbors of the
interface.
display lldp neighbor [ interface interface-type interface-number | brief | list ]
- Display the current LLDP status of the interface.
display lldp local [ interface interface-type interface-number ]
- Display LLDP statistics.
display lldp statistics [ interface interface-type interface-number ]
Clearing LLDP Statistics
LLDP statistics cannot be restored after you clear them. Therefore, ensure that the statistics to be cleared is no longer in need.
Clear LLDP statistics in the user view.
reset lldp statistics [ interface interface-type interface-number ]
