Configuring LDP GR

This section describes how to configure LDP GR. LDP GR implements the uninterrupted forwarding during a master/slave switchover or the protocol restart, which minimizes the protocol flapping on the control plane.

Enabling LDP GR: This section describes how to configure LDP GR on both the GR Restarter and its neighbor nodes.

(Optional) Configuring the GR Restarter Timer: You can set the value of a GR Restarter timer, that is, the Neighbor-liveness timer.

(Optional) Configuring GR Helper Timers: This section describes how to configure GR Helper timers. The GR Helper timers include the Reconnect timer for an LDP session and the LSP Recovery timer.
