An SA cache is used to save the (S, G) information carried
in SA messages locally. When a device needs to receive multicast data,
it directly obtains available (S, G) information from the SA cache.
You are allowed to disable the Source Active (SA) cache function. Then, when a device wants to receive multicast data, it needs to wait for the SA message to be sent by its MSDP peer in the next period. This results in a delay in obtaining multicast data.
