Configuring NTP Authentication in Multicast Mode

By configuring the authentication key ID used in the synchronization with the NTP multicast server on the local FW, you can apply NTP authentication in multicast mode.

Context

Perform the following steps on the FW that functions as an NTP multicast server. For configuring the multicast client, see Configuring the Multicast Mode.

Procedure

Access the system view.

Set the interface that sends multicast NTP packets.

interface interface-type interface-number
```
Specify the ID of the authentication key used by the NTP multicast server on an IPv4 or IPv6 network.
