Configuring Ping Proxy Using the CLI

Procedure

1. Access the system view.

   system-view

2. Enable the ping proxy function.

   ping-proxy enable

   The ping proxy function is disabled by default.

3. Specify the ping proxy server, client address set, probe internal, and number of probes.

   ping-proxy name ping-proxy-name server ipv4-address [ times time | interval intervals | address-set address-set-name & <1-3> ] ^*

   The server address must be a single IP address.

   Before you configure ping proxy, run the ip address-set command to set the address set of the specified proxy client. By default, the address set of the specified proxy client is any.
