The api netconf port command specifies the API NETCONF port number.
The undo api netconf port command restores the default API NETCONF port number.
| Parameter | Description | Value |
|---|---|---|
port-number |
Specifies the API NETCONF port number. |
The value is 830 or an integer in the range from 1025 to 50000. |
The default API NETCONF port is 830, which is a TCP port.
When API NETCONF is enabled, the API NETCONF port number cannot be changed. Otherwise, connected API users are automatically disconnected. You need to run the undo api netconf enable command to disable the API NETCONF service before you change the API NETCONF port number.
After the default NETCONF port is changed, the new port does not take effect in the security policy. If you need to configure a security policy to control NETCONF traffic, use the default port.
