The dialer queue-length command sets the number of buffered Interesting packets before a link is set up.
The undo dialer queue-length command restores the default setting.

Before running the dialer queue-length command, run the dialer user command to enable Resource-Shared DCC or run the dialer enable-circular command to enable Circular DCC.
Before a link is set up, Interesting packets are buffered in a queue. After the link is set up, the buffered Interesting packets are sent. The parameter packets defines the number of buffered packets.
