new-group parent-group

Function

The new-group parent-group command adds the parent group on the server where the new user resides to the local user group.

new-group group-name parent-group group-name [ vsys vsys-name ]

Parameter	Description	Value
group-name	Specifies the name of the parent group on the server where the new user resides.	-
parent-group group-name	Specifies the name of the local parent group.	It must be the name (with the group path) of an existing user group.
vsys vsys-name	Specifies the name of a virtual system.	It must be the name of an existing virtual system.

When you run the command, you must enter the entire command, such as new-group abc parent-group /default/bcd.

# Add the new user group test to the /default group.
