The poe-power utilization-threshold command sets an alarm threshold for PoE power consumption.
The undo poe-power utilization-threshold command restores the default alarm threshold.

Description |
Value |
|---|---|---|
threshold-value |
Specifies the ratio of consumed PoE power to the maximum output power. |
The value is an integer ranging from 0 to 100, in percentage. The default value is 90. |
Usage Scenario
The poe-power utilization-threshold command sets an alarm threshold for PoE power consumption. If the total power consumption of PDs exceeds the alarm threshold, an alarm is generated. For example, the total PoE power is 50 W, and the alarm threshold is set to 90%. If the power consumption exceeds 45 W, the alarm POE_1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.195.40.17 hwPoePowerOverUtilizationThreshold is generated. If the power consumption falls below 45 W, the clear alarm POE_1.3.6.1.4.1.2011.5.25.195.40.18 hwPoePowerOverUtilizationThresholdResume is generated.
