The default power supply priority of an interface is low.
When the power supply provided by the PSE is insufficient, the power is preferentially supplied to the interfaces with high power supply priorities, and the power supply to interfaces with low power supply priorities is cut off. If the priorities of all interfaces are the same, the interface with the smallest interface number takes precedence. If the power supply is insufficient, the power supply to the interface with large interface numbers is preferentially cut off.
